Industrial Engineering Company (IEC) designs and manufactures specialized automation equipment, robots, machines and tools. IEC is a well-diversified company with an ultimate goal to increase its customer's productivity. IEC was founded in 1970 by Alois (Joe) Kosch and Maurice Melcher, and is currently owned by Alois (Joe) Kosch and IEC's employees.
IEC's customers include worldwide companies in various fields. The machines designed and produced encompass manufacturing operations of different types. IEC has designed and produced machines from high speed machining, forming, fabrication, welding testing and packaging of products, utilizing material ranging from hair to structural steel to titanium.
