Hi everyone well, in this unit I select 1 possible job opportunity and My Dream Job...

The First job because is a very good opportunity to an industrial engineer who have a little experience, also You must be 18 years or older to have this job. But You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. This company pay a good annual sales.

The second job It's my dream job in the United States. I select this specific job because I's interesting this job this one refers an Industrial Sales Engineer Gas and Process market. I like it very much and It pays very well a good salary. It is located in Houston a city who I went ten years ago and I like there. I need at least 2 years of experience required. But I have to study and learn more to have the skills that this company required for they want.

Responsibilities:
New Product Introductions: Maintain key metrics for new product introductions including process yield, prototype build, and small volume production.
Work with Design Engineering team to develop low cost designs.
Perform prototype assembly and prototype modifications as defined. Responsible for transitioning Printed Circuit and top level assemblies to Lincolnton including acquiring and supplying all necessary documentation. Confer with team members regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules and other considerations to facilitate production processes. Act as a technical liaison between Manufacturing and Design Engineering, supporting design for manufacturing, test strategy and tester design. Institute process and product improvements resulting in a positive impact on cycle time, product costs and quality. Develop, document, implement and maintain assembly processes. Ability to represent and write reports, procedures, specifications, work instructions. Provide technical direction, training and certification for operators performing detailed process steps to ensure that production assemblers, testers, inspectors and support staff have necessary skills.Set up and maintain preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Develop and set up manufacturing lines (table design, electrical/air requirements, ordering of soldering irons. Under minimal direction can create short and long term tasks/projects.Ability to multi-task and promptly respond to problems and shutdowns. Ability to analyze current production lines & develop methods to simplify the operation, improve quality and reduce costs. Act as a Regulatory liaison between Manufacturing, Design Engineering, and the applicable regulatory agencies. Maintain & interface with the Regulatory Engineers to update the regulatory files as needed.

Qualifications:
BSME, BSIE or related engineering degree. 2 or more years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer. Excellent verbal and written communication.Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point and CAD.Ability to initiate projects from prototype through development to full production. Desired:
5 years of experience as a Mfg. Eng and at least two years manufacturing engineering experience in the electro-mechanical industry implementing and utilizing lean manufacturing principles. Six Sigma experience is a plus. Experience in transitioning production from one facility to another is a plus. Knowledge of and/or experience in interacting with regulatory agencies is a plus.
General:
The Manufacturing Engineer will work with the engineering design group to provide Design For Manufacturing techniques and concurrent engineering support. Will act as the technical liaison between Manufacturing operations and the Design Engineering groups.
